One to one time often follows mindfulness teachings, or an opportunity for one to one before attending the course. This work is mindfulness based but also informed by cognitive based therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy.

Introduction to Mindful Eating(developed by Dr Heidi Douglas)Both these 4-week courses, are supported by reading material, evidence based literature and meditation tapes. These courses are an hour long, and are interactive, participatory and engaging.
